N.E.A.T (Neat Eats & Treats)


Welcome friends! We hope you are as excited as we are to start this fun program! With the Fit4Kidz program (N.E.A.T. - Neat Eats And Treats), you will be able to choose fun and healthy meals and snacks designed specifically for kids!

We have a website designed for you to help children select wholesome and nutritious foods so that he/she will learn to make healthy food choices, plus have more energy and benefit from what these foods offer.

As nutrition is very important, this program will help children learn about the types of foods necessary to fuel their bodies. Each child will also learn about appropriate portion sizes and ways to track daily servings of fruit and vegetables, grains, dairy products, meat and beans as well as daily exercise and activity involvement.

After you enter some information in "About Me", your child will select favorite foods in the N.E.A.T. area to create a meal plan that is designed just for him/her. Also, as exercise is an important part to health, be sure to encourage your child to set aside time for daily exercise and activities. It is recommended that children should be involved in physical activity for 60 minutes most days of the week. Be sure to check out the Score Card area where children can track daily Servings of foods as well as daily Exercise and Activities.
